Due to the personalized and digital nature of our NFC products, all sales are considered final and non-returnable once produced and shipped.

However, if your card arrives damaged, defective, or the NFC functionality is not working properly, we will gladly replace the product or provide an appropriate solution after verification.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order information

• Photos or videos showing the issue

• A short description of the problem

Shipping costs are included in the product price for deliveries within the GCC region, Europe, and Morocco.

Standard cards are typically produced and delivered within 5 business days. However, custom designs, premium finishes, or specific materials may require additional production and delivery time depending on the complexity of the order.

For destinations outside the GCC, Europe, and Morocco, additional shipping or customs fees may apply depending on the country and delivery requirements. In such cases, our team will contact you before shipment if any extra charges are necessary.
